CPTO and its constituent members have identified the need to provide development support through capacity building interventions with existing and emerging media. The capacity building interventions will be aimed at improving the performance of the existing mass media and to implement a mechanism that will support the emerging community of media. One of the key a purpose of capacity building interventions within the community is to ensure sustainability mass media.
The mandate of the Creative Process Team Outsourcing is, amongst others, to facilitate and co-ordinate capacity building amongst its constituent members. This document outlines the CPTO’s capacity building framework that will ensure integrated, relevant, appropriate, and coherent development for sustainability amongst its member community. It is a combination of both creativity and marketing of mass media and aims to boost all the upcoming talents who are struggling to come up in this field. Under mass media, we deal with all means of media news, audio-visual, press, radio, television, internet, and film etc. The team glosyz Tech has five members with two creative heads and others.
